Our Mommy & Me classes in Mineola, Long Island are more than just workouts, they’re a space for connection, support, and community. Designed for moms at every stage, our classes offer fun, fitness-focused bonding time with your little one, plus the chance to build lasting friendships with other women. JULY 9th 
Matchas on the Mat

Bond with your little one while getting stronger together! This energizing strength and toning class is designed for moms at all fitness levels to move, sweat, and connect—with babies and fellow mamas. Enjoy a complimentary Matcha Latte post-workout to refuel and refresh with your mom tribe.

JULY 16th
Strollers & Strength

Get moving with your mini! This strength and toning class is designed for moms to break a sweat while incorporating strollers into fun, low-impact movements. Connect with other moms, boost your energy, and build strength—all without needing a sitter!

JULY 23rd
Popsicycles & Pilates

Stretch, strengthen, and bond with your little one in this refreshing Mommy & Me Pilates class! Enjoy a playful, core-focused workout designed for all fitness levels, followed by a sweet treat—Popsicles for you and your mini. Movement, connection, and cool-down moments all in one.

JULY 30th
Hot Mama Booty Bands

Sculpt, tone, and strengthen your lower body in this Mommy & Me Legs & Booty class! Using resistance bands, you’ll target glutes and thighs while keeping your little one close. A fun, effective workout designed to help moms feel strong, confident, and connected.

Brittany Cole

I am the owner of Killer Body Fitness, the gym for women in New York and I have been trained over 1,000 women in this industry over the past 10 years.. With this being my 2nd pregnancy, I wanted to share all of the knowledge that I've gained during the pregnancy journey and pass it on to other moms who want to maintain an active and healthy pregnancy.

Workouts

Killer Body Prenatal workouts are safe to do during your pregnancy but still consult your doctor. Each trimester, the workouts adjust to the changes in your body so that you are active without overworking your body.

The pregnancy journey can feel lonely at times because either we are isolating ourselves or its hard to communicate our needs with others. Let us support you throughout the different stages of your pregnancy.
